Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can discuss the likely work, but a final quote follows an inspection. Parts, access and the cause of the problem can change the price.
Do I need to supply the parts?
You can use your own suitable fittings or ask us to source them. We’ll confirm compatibility and any supply costs before the job.
What should I do about an active leak?
If you can safely reach it, turn off the water supply to the affected fixture or the main stop valve. Call to discuss the issue and available visits.
Can I book outside your service area?
Ask us first. Visits outside the usual area depend on the job, travel time and schedule. Any extra charge is agreed beforehand.
