Service 07 / 07 · Servers & Cloud

Servers and cloud, set up properly and looked after.

Software is only as reliable as the machines it runs on. We set up cloud and on-premise infrastructure with security, backups and monitoring included from the start, and we keep watch after it goes live.

Plate 07 · Servers & Cloud

01 · What you get

What you get.

Whether your system runs in the cloud, in an office server room or both, you get a setup that is documented, backed up and understood.

  1. 01

    Cloud and on-premise

The right home for each system: cloud, a server in your office, or a mix of both.

  2. 02

    Security hardening

Firewalls, encrypted connections, least-privilege access and regular updates.

  3. 03

    Backups

Automatic backups kept in more than one place, with restores we actually test.

  4. 04

    Monitoring

Alerts when something goes wrong, often before the people using the system notice.

02 · How we approach it

Built for the way it will be used.

  1. 01

    Plain documentation

You know where everything runs, who has access and how to recover it.

  2. 02

    Sized for the job

Infrastructure that fits your load and budget, ready to grow when you need it.

  3. 03

    We keep watch

Monitoring, updates and backups continue after launch.

04 · Questions

Before you ask.

Cloud or on-premise: which is better?

It depends on your connectivity, data rules and budget. Many LGU and office systems run best with both: local for daily work, cloud for backup and remote access.

Do you monitor servers after setup?

Yes. For servers we set up, monitoring and backups are part of how we look after them.

Can you take over servers someone else set up?

Yes. We start with a review of security, backups and access, then fix what needs fixing.
