Vivito IT Solutions (“Vivito,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates vivito.tech and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Vivito currently operates as an independent software studio in Rizal, Palawan, Philippines.

When you send an enquiry:

• Your name and email address.
• The service you are interested in.
• The project information you choose to include.

For security and delivery:

• Your IP address is used temporarily in memory to enforce the contact form’s rate limit.
• Our hosting and delivery providers may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser and request time.

If you allow analytics:

• Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring page and selected interactions such as project, showcase, email and social-link clicks.
• We do not send your contact-form name, email address or message to Google Analytics.

• To reply to enquiries and discuss requested work.
• To deliver messages safely and prevent contact-form abuse.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• With your permission, to understand which pages are useful and which interactions lead to an enquiry.

Analytics is optional. Declining it does not restrict any website feature or the contact form.

We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible project agreement. We process limited technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, provided those interests do not override your rights. We process analytics information only with your consent and may process information where required by law.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager only after you select “Allow analytics.” Google Analytics may then set first-party cookies beginning with _ga. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled in our website configuration.

Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. You can review or change it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics on your next page load and removes Vivito’s first-party Google Analytics cookies where possible.

We use providers only where needed to operate the site:

• Render for website hosting and delivery.
• EmailJS to deliver contact-form enquiries.
• Google for Analytics and Tag Manager, only after analytics permission.

These providers may process information outside the Philippines under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

• Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months, or longer when needed for an active client relationship, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.
• Contact-form IP rate-limit records remain in server memory for up to 15 minutes and reset when the server restarts.
• Google Analytics event data may be retained for up to 14 months.
• Your saved analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about or access your personal information, correct it, object to or restrict processing, request erasure or blocking, and request portability where applicable. You may also withdraw analytics permission at any time.

Send requests to connect@vivito.tech. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit collection and access to what the site needs.

We may update this notice when our services or processing change. The effective date above will show the latest revision, and material changes will be presented clearly on the site.
