The plain terms for using this site.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. You may browse the site and its public demonstrations for lawful personal or business evaluation.

You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse the contact form, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that harms its operation, or use its content unlawfully.

The site describes our capabilities and examples of possible work. It does not create a client relationship, quotation, warranty or binding agreement. A project begins only when the relevant parties agree to a separate proposal, scope or contract.

Timelines, features and other general descriptions may change and will be confirmed for each project.

Website showcase pages are design and engineering demonstrations. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, names, businesses, interfaces, prices, availability and transactions shown in a demonstration are illustrative. Demo forms do not submit real bookings, orders or applications.

Municipal and LGU showcase pages are unofficial design concepts. They are not government websites, do not speak for the named government unit and must not be relied upon for official services or emergency information. Use the official links provided by each concept.

Vivito owns or is licensed to use the site’s original code, writing, branding, illustrations and designs. Third-party names, trademarks, software and credited media remain the property of their respective owners.

You may link to public pages and use ordinary browser features to view them. You may not reproduce, sell, publish or present substantial parts of our original work as your own without written permission.

The site may link to social networks, official government sites and other third parties. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse everything on that site.

We work to keep vivito.tech accurate, secure and available, but the site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of general information will always be complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Vivito is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on this public website or a demonstration. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the website or our services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
